The cold weather can make our skin dry and our nails can be affected too. The nails can become brittle and start to peel, even splitting and breaking more than usual. They can also slow down the growth of the nail as the circulation is reduced.
During December, January and February when the weather is at its coldest, even in Ibiza, the importance of a nail treatment for your hands and feet is more important than ever.
A spa manicure or pedicure treatment will consist of your nails filed and shaped to your preference. The cuticles will be treated, and any excess skin removed. This is vital for keeping your nails healthy and strong. During your deluxe manicure or pedicure, your skin will be exfoliated to remove dead skin cells to help improve the circulation and stimulate the blood flow. A mask is applied, it will nourish, hydrate and brighten the skin to leave it looking youthful. A massage is performed to help ease muscle tension and to reduce any pain in your hands or feet. Your nails prepped and cleansed ready for your colour application.
We offer a CND Vinylux 7 day naturally cured nail lacquer or a CND Shellac 14 day lamp cured polish at Sirenis Vital Spa in Playa Den Bossa, Ibiza. Our professional nail technicians will assist you in choosing your nail colour and deciding which polish finish is the right one for you. We have a colour suitable for any occasion or season.
If you want a perfect colour and shine for up to 14 days, would like to start growing your nails or you do not have time for a nail treatment every week we would recommend choosing the CND Shellac polish finish.
If you don’t bite your nails, prefer to use a nail strengthener to grow your nails, the polish lasting a week is sufficient last then the CND Vinylux would be the recommending finish.
A regular nail treatment will help to prevent common conditions such as thickened and/ or brittle nails.
