This was by far the best leg massage I've ever had. I suffer badly from Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis so I'm in constant pain. The relief I felt after was incredible. Thank you Francesca ????❤️ |

Massage was less than 60 mins, there was no consideration for privacy while getting ready. Was supposed to be full body but no feet or front of body (legs/thigh, neck) waS done. |

The first thing the therapist said was she was exhausted, this set the tone for a poor massage experience. The 60 minute massage lasted 40 minutes and wasn't as good as the one I had at the start if the holiday. |

My one hour facial lasted less than 35 minutes.
It was clear that the therapist was exhausted and very low on energy.
Disappointing to pay for an hours facial and only have half that time - I should be refunded for half the treatment price and have made a complaint .

Online reservation is a disaster !
After one hour I discovered that WiFi of hotel gives lots of problems.
After that I tried on my 4G, where I was a few steps further, but then I had payment problems, I entered 5 to 8 times my MasterCard numbers. And finally I was not able to book, catastrophe ! If I notice more money is away from my MC I take contact. |

Paid €15 to get my 4 year olds first manicure. She was so excited. The therapist rushed, didn’t even file my daughter’s nails. It wasn’t the experience I was expecting. And to top it off the nail polish didn’t even stay on a day. Very disappointed. |

Francesca was a terrible massage therapist, she has no training whatsoever, she told me she is a beautician who massage during the summer months only and that she doesn’t not enjoy massage. The experience was awful from start to finish and a complete waste of money. I have lodged a formal complaint and requested a refund. I would not recommend |
