Earn Between €1,400 and €2,000 per Month:
Your monthly base salary is directly tied to your performance, ensuring that your hard work and commitment don’t go unnoticed:

• 95% or higher: €2,000 – Top-tier earnings for outstanding performance.
• 80%–94%: €1,750 – A reward for consistent excellence.
• 65%–79%: €1,600 – Solid performance, delivering great results.
• 55%–64%: €1,475 – Steady contributions, building towards higher goals.
• 54% or lower: €1,400 – A guaranteed base to support you as you grow.

Additional Bonuses – Because Hard Work Deserves More:

• Attendance Bonus: Rewarding reliability with monthly incentives which arepaid at the end of your contract.
• 20% Commission on Exceeding Targets: For every treatment total above venue targets, earn an additional 20%. For example, if your target is €350 and you achieve €450, you’ll take home an extra €20 on top of your pay.
