Ibiza beauty Therapy Jobs

 With our ever successful and increasing team we have decided to open Ibiza beauty recruitment a little earlier this year. We will be working on assembling a team of circa 60 beauty therapists for the coming summer season, so we are keen to get started straight away.

Recruitment opened on the 10th of December and we have started advertising the job across our social media platforms.  The uptake has been fantastic and we have been receiving lots of applications already.  

If you have applied or worked with Massage Beach before you will know Laura. Laura is one of the Directors and normally ‘heads up’ the recruitment. Laura is expecting a new addition to the family this February with a baby girl on the way. Therefore, we have welcomed Carly who will be working with Laura in the recruitment department. Carly has worked with us for two summers previously and we are delighted to continue our working relationship and excited at what lies ahead.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for qualified beauty therapists to embark on a new adventure, to travel and to try something new. Ibiza is well known for its amazing beaches, chilled out lifestyle, Mediterranean Sea, amazing sunsets, hot weather, partying, hedonistic vibes and so much more. We are a professional, established company and have contracts with the biggest hotel chains on the island. This means that you will be working in some of the most popular hotels in the world. Not only this, you will be working outside next to the swimming pool in a pop-up treatment area, speaking with happy tourists’, in a warm climate, enjoying great job variety; working at different locations daily, flexibility; as our beauty team members request which days off they would like and the pay is great too (it really is)!! The harder you work the more you earn, therapists that are hardworking, driven and strive to achieve the best in all situations will flourish.
